Every quarter there will be a total prize pool of 250,000 points up for grabs. To enter the final prize draw, you simply need car hire with Hertz between 1st July 2010 and 30th September 2010. All customers who rent will collect 2 points per £1 spent and will automatically be enter into the draw to win one of 10 bundles of 25,000 points each! This is to help you on the road to the treats you want for yourself and your family and friends. Remember to enter the last 11 digits of your Nectar card number at time of booking to qualify for the prize draw.

There are certain terms and conditions given below that you must go through before you book your Hertz car:
• The Hertz million points giveaway will run from 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010.
• The promotion consists of 4 prize draws conducted at the end of each quarter (1 Oct – 31 Dec 2009; 1 Jan – 31 Mar; 1 Apr – 30 June; 1 July – 30 Sept 2010).
• Prize pool consists of 10 prizes of 25,000 points. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• To qualify for the prize draw Nectar and Nectar for Business collectors must rent a car with Hertz collecting only the Nectar base point offering (2 points per £1 spent).
• One entry per rental. Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw following their rental transaction. Customers redeeming a Hertz bonus points offer do not qualify for competition entry.
• This prize draw is open to all Nectar and Nectar for Business cardholders with a qualifying rental except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
• Points awarded on total charge but excludes subsequent charges ie vehicle damage, theft or motoring offences. Offer is not transferable, points only awarded to original recipient.
• Coupon can only be used once. Hertz T&C’s apply -visit www.hertz.co.uk/nectar.
• Prize draw will be supervised by an independent judge and will be conducted on the 10th day of the month following the end of each qualifying period.
• The prize winner’s will be the first 10 names drawn at random from valid entries in each prize draw.
• The results of each prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
• The prize winner will be notified by email.
• Points will be added to the winner’s Nectar or Nectar for Business accounts within 28 days of the prize draw.
• The prize winner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
• Details of the prize winner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to: Marketing Manager, Hertz UK, 11 Vine St Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1QE.
